All American Floors, LLC is a Charlottesville based family business. Owner Adam Sliko started doing hardwood floors at the age of 18. After working for one central VA hardwood flooring company and another in Pennsylvania for over 10 years, he decided in 2005 to open his own company. Since then, he has maintained a steady client base doing work for prestigious contracting companies such as Jefferson Area Builders, Greer & Associates and Abrahamse & Company Builders. The quality of our work demonstrates that Adam genuinely cares about his craft. He takes pride in his work and it shows. That kind of quality is what sets Adam and All American Floors, LLC apart from the rest. From the installation, to the sanding, to the cleaning, to the finished product, every little detail is attended to.
